I don't have access to the Internet. Can I still enter?

The offer is only available via the website, and therefore access to the Internet is essential. But don’t worry, you can always check out public facilities such as libraries or cafes which offer access to the Internet.


What do I have the chance of winning?

We are giving five lucky winners the chance to win the ultimate BBQ set containing 1 × Traeger Pro 575 Pellet Grill, 3 x Wood Pellet bags (9kg each), 1 × Traeger Pro 575 Grill Cover (Full Length).


How old do you need to be to enter?

You must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition and claim the prize.


Can I claim a prize by post?

Unfortunately claims can only be made via the promotion website.


I’ve lost my neck collar. Can I still get my prize?

Please keep hold of your neck collar which will act as proof of purchase for the promotion. Without it we will be unable to send your prize!


I can’t find any promotional bottles in store. Have I missed out?

Promotional bottles are subject to availability, so visit your local Sainsbury’s or Tesco to make sure you don’t miss out! The promotional period runs from 28.05.2021 and closes on 31.07.2021.


Where can I find my unique code?

Your unique code can be found printed inside the neck collar.


I cannot read my code or it is damaged, what should I do?

If you are experiencing problems with your unique code, please contact us at winwithbuffalotrace@promotioncustomerservices.com. Please send us a photo of the unique code you are trying to enter so we can work out how best to assist you.


My code doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you double check the 6-digit code on your neck collar carefully. Check for capital letters and be careful not to mix up letters for numbers.
